About the Opportunity
The purpose of the Business Improvement Facilitator role is to support the work done in building a new organisation post proclamation. This includes facilitating business improvement across the organisation, promoting and embedding best practise principles and applying change management techniques within the organisation. The aim is to create an environment and culture that contributes to sustainable business success and ensures delivery of best value to our community.
In this role you will have a high level of interaction across the organisation and will involve extensive, ongoing cooperation and coordination across all business units. This is very much a ‘hands-on role that requires someone with significant energy and drive, as well as highly developed experience in facilitating productive relationships, delivering results and successfully driving change.

Salary: Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award. This position is placed in Grade 14 in the Cumberland salary structure with a salary range of $1,957.66 to $2,251.31 per week plus superannuation. Commencement salary will depend upon qualifications, experience and competencies.
Conditions of Employment: This is a full time position with access to 9 day fortnight. This position is located at Auburn, however there is the possibility that you may be working across Merrylands and/or Auburn worksites.
